CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
If you're running late, please let me know as soon as you can. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may have to reschedule or forgo parts of your service so that my appointments run on time.
No-shows will be charged half the price of the service that was booked.

Please note that the haircolor prices listed are estimated base prices and subject to increase. Haircolor services are charged hourly plus the cost of product. I try my best to give you a more accurate quote after your consultation.
